The newest addition to the R.W. Design & Exchange family, she enjoys being creative and seeing a client's design being implemented to curate a stylish home. She enjoys developing client relationships and considers her clients part of her family. M.J. adores the gallery's large variety of rugs and the oil paintings by Dorothy Gillen.

Rhonda's mom, retired fine arts instructor, and oil painter whose landscape and still life paintings grace the walls throughout the showroom. Dorothy's gorgeous paintings truly embody "home is where the art is."

The third generation of creative women in the White family, Danielle places customer service as her number one priority. She enjoys the inspiration she gets from the showroom's new inventory each week, giving her ideas for her future home. She envisions the Habersham Library Wall looking just right in her den one day.

The Receiving and Delivery Supervisor, Travis is the first person to see the gallery's furnishings and the last to see them go when he installs them in your home. He enjoys the family atmosphere in the showroom and looks forward to coming to work everyday. His must-have showroom piece? The elegant Biedermeier solid wood bed, for its clean lines and excellent value.

The Quality Control Manager who ensures every item in the showroom is in immaculate condition and priced correctly. Andy has a long history with the R.W. Design & Exchange team and says it doesn't get any better than working for Charles and Rhonda. He also likes the gallery's Habersham Library Wall for its lighted shelves and sliding ladder design.
