Return Policy

In-Store Purchases

We offer a 3-day return policy for in-store purchases. You have three (3) days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were purchased — unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns that meet these requirements may be issued as store credit unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

Online Purchases

All online purchases are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges on online orders.

Custom, Special-Order & Made-to-Order Items

All custom, made-to-order, vendor-direct, special-order, upholstery, furniture, artwork, and specialty items are final sale.

These items are produced or ordered specifically for you and:

  • Cannot be canceled once the order has been placed

  • Cannot be modified once production has begun

  • Are non-refundable

We encourage customers to carefully confirm dimensions, finishes, and specifications prior to placing custom or specialty orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Photographs of the packaging and product may be required in order to evaluate the issue and file an insurance claim when applicable.

We will work promptly to determine an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order merchandise

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Seasonal items (Spring, Christmas, etc) Please ask if you are curious about an items returnability prior to purchasing.

Additional Information

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
