SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Most in-stock items ship within 24–48 business hours of purchase unless the order is placed on a Friday, weekend, or holiday. Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.

We take pride in the quality of our products and inspect all items prior to shipment whenever possible.


SHIPPING METHODS

We ship via standard ground carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) unless otherwise specified.

Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier. Estimated transit times are not guaranteed.


VENDOR DIRECT SHIP ITEMS

Some larger, specialty, custom, or made-to-order items may ship directly from the manufacturer or vendor.

These items may have extended lead times and separate tracking information.

CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS

Custom, made-to-order, special-order, and vendor-ordered items:

  • May require extended production timelines

  • Are final sale

  • Cannot be canceled once production has begun

Estimated lead times are provided as a courtesy and are subject to change due to vendor production schedules, freight availability, or supply chain delays.


FREIGHT & LARGE ITEM DELIVERIES

Furniture and oversized items may ship via freight carrier.

Upon delivery:

  • The customer is responsible for inspecting the item before signing.

  • Any visible damage must be noted clearly on the delivery receipt.

  • Damage must be reported to RW Design & Exchange within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Failure to document damage at delivery may void freight claims.

RW Design & Exchange is not responsible for carrier-related delays, weather disruptions, or damages not properly documented at time of delivery.


SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be rerouted or reshipped.
