Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

These variations are not considered defects.

4. CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS

All custom, made-to-order, special-order, vendor-order, upholstery, or personalized items are:

  • Final sale

  • Non-cancelable once production has begun

  • Non-refundable

Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to vendor, freight, or supply chain delays.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed in the order received. Standard items typically ship within 24–48 business hours unless placed on a weekend or holiday.

Certain large or specialty items may ship directly from the manufacturer or vendor and may require extended lead times.

Freight Deliveries:

  • Customer is responsible for inspecting items upon delivery.

  • Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery.

  • Damage claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Failure to document damage at delivery may void freight claims.

RW Design & Exchange is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, freight companies, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. PRICING & BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

If an order is canceled after payment due to inventory error or pricing mistake, you will receive a full refund.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

Our website may contain third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or transactions.

8. USER COMMENTS & SUBMISSIONS

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or creative ideas, you grant us the right to use, edit, and publish those materials without compensation.
